- Designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules based on best practices.
- Assisting in the design, configuration, customization, development, and testing of ServiceNow applications, specifically focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps), including these applications: IRM – Policy and Compliance Management , IRM – Risk Management , IRM – Vendor Risk Management , IRM – Audit Management , SecOps – Vulnerability Response
- Providing support and/or troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Documenting development work, creating technical documentation, and participating in knowledge-sharing activities, Designing Software
- Use independent, critical thinking to solve complex problems which are significant to the customer
- Developing and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and other UI elements.
